White House Give Green Lights in Israel

Washington - White House, Friday, said Israel should decide themselves whether to enter the Gaza Strip with the troops land use, or not, but doubted the action would avoid civilian victims and ensure the flow of humanitarian goods needs. He White House Gordon Johndroe did not directly answer a question about whether U.S. operations have allowed the land can or will try to prevent the attack. "I do not want to discuss about the operation that has not happened ... (Operation) will be a decision made by Israel," he told reporters.

"From now on, every action they take in the overall operation of this need to avoid civilian casualties, and we also need to continue the flow of humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip," said the Gordon. U.S. President George W. Bush and Laos Condoleezza Rice has regularly associated with Israeli PM Ehud Olmert and Israel about the need (to avoid civilian victims), said Johndroe.

"So I think that every step they take, whether it is from the air or on land or any nature, and the package is part of the same operation," he said.

Rice told reporters after meeting Bush that the U.S. is working toward a truce "can survive long and sustained" in the Gaza Strip, but now he does not plan to make visits to the Middle East to seek truce. "We are working toward a truce will not allow his life back the status quo that Hamas can continue to launch rocket Gaza Strip to the outside," said Rice.

There has been no signal armistice on the seventh day air attack Israel, which has cut at least 424 Palestinian villagers and injure 2,000 more people. Four citizens of Israel killed by Palestinian rocket. "It is clear that the truce will not occur as quickly as possible, but we need a truce, which can be durable and sustainable," said Rice.

He said Hamas has rejected a request Arabs to extend the armistice that ended last month. Likely will be easy for Rice to continue to work through the phone instead of conducting visits to the area now, said Johndroe.
