Thailand protester reject PM's support thaksin

Bangkok, FRIDAY - Groups of anti-government protester Thailand warned members of parliament not to choose a new prime minister from the former stronghold of supporting PM Thaksin Shinawatra. They threaten to back down to the streets if Thaksin supporters elected as PM."We reject PM from Puea Thai coalition government or from any of Puea Thai, Thaksin party doll," said the statement protester group People's Alliance for Democracy (PAD), Friday (12/12).

"The new government must support the new politics, where people can participate with the PAD to prevent the political crisis in the future," the statement further PAD.Action PAD protests during the last six months has created a political crisis in Thailand. Thousands of supporters PAD occupying government buildings to force PM (time) Samak Sundaravej resign.After Samak resign, they demanded entry, AM Somchai Wongsawat, also resign as the representative of only the accused Thaksin.

"If the Democratic Party will win Monday, I think the politics of Thailand will be stable for the short term before the conflict erupts again," said Parinya.
